A very wise decision by Riot.

Swapping Abyssal's and Banshee's veil's roles. Lets tanks build an aggressive item for a change without increasing their ap. Instead enemies just take 10% more magic damage than they normally would. Now Midlaners can rush a Banshee's Veil again fizz instead of wasting gold on an Armor Zhyonas againt an ap midlaner.

There are so many other reasons but this just is a HUGE quality of life change for mid laners and AP tanks. Well played.

PS - Stop whining about Fizz being useless.

I got three reasons -

Go get picks elsewhere Pick fizz into champs that are hindered by rushing Banshee's over their core Lastly, Simply Proc it with q and w away. Go back in when CD are back up.

Jesus guys, this makes the game have mroe outplay potential.
