Ryze needs to be balanced.

Ryze currently is able to full rotate ONCE AGAIN with full cdr runes which results in a stun lock. The worst part is. IT IS LEVEL 3. I played a game as gangplank in ranked where I was stomping him in lane, 3/0. He walks up to me (currently level 7) and (he's level 5) fully stunlocks me in MY OWN minion wave and manages to kill me. Please tell me how this is balanced at all. Ryze is a mistake currently and NEEDS nerfed. Please someone make it so he cannot stunlock level 3-5 thanks.

He ended the game aroun 23/4 or so.

Ryze can't actually stun lock, though he is a pretty abusive rooter. And he's been nerfed a crap ton.

Cleanse is a viable pick if you're playing a champion who has to get close up to fight against someone like Ryze. The instant CC clear and 3 seconds of massive CC reduction means a lot against a champion like Ryze.

I 100% agree cleanse is a viable pick but I was playing gangplank with oranges and STILL remained stunlocked. I had my trinity force and merc treads by 12 minutes and he was still locking me in place. I think only way to make it balanced is to make it so his root has a 13 second cooldown and he doesnt passively get more than 40% CDR. Maybe even remove the cdr from his passive.
