Why isn't devour getting nerfed this patch?

I'm ok with it, so ok with it I actually don't give a shit if it gets nerfed at all. A full build Yi is actually weaker with devourer versus full build without, we tested it, and yes that includes BorK and BT in both builds. It's a good item, it's gold efficient, but certainly not OP.

You scrubs just think it's OP when fact of the matter is you're just getting outplayed.

I'm ok with it it has a lot of counterplay that can be easily abused.
