Can we update Surrender?

15 min unanimous is difficult to achieve with our community. Id say it reflects our "never give up" mental but its more like "trapping" players. 13 min and on should be majority I think surrender as unanimous at any time should be the norm, with more significant cd per player before 13 min.

Lets face it, if league is going to speed up then you need to make ending pub stomps early an option

Do you know how few games are actually over at 15 minutes? That's why you need to unanimously agree.

Yes, I think it should be removed entirely because it furthers the defeatist and detrimental attitude that giving up is okay.

This loses games, Period.
