Tier matchmaking should be stricter, and override MMR in certain cases

Like B3 B4 should only be matched with B3 and below B2 should only match up S4, S3 -S1 should only be matched up to G4 etc

Getting these uneven matches where Bronze fights Gold or Silver fights Plat is fun for no one. I don't know about the rest of the community, but I'm over the idea of "speedy matches" justifying autofill and rank disparity
