@Riot- Here's why I don't play but still post. My faith is near gone

TL:DR - The game isn't focused on the players or video game ideas that made it a great game anymore. There are still gameplay bugs and forgotten characters while new skins are rolled out. Rank rework didn't even happen during pre season. I don't feel any connection to the average people I come into contact with. I don't feel like being trapped in games where a 0 10 bot lane doesn't want to surrender or win. "Rank" doesn't matter. "Matchmaking" is geared towards only speed and not even matches

I've been playing for years despite game flaws. I still love the game and the characters. I even believe that the gameplay improved a lot over the years.

But now there are too many obvious, little decisions, that make me feel like they/you are now a Blizzard, or Bethesda waiting to happen. I stopped giving my money last year. I don't plan on giving anymore this year either.

I'll start a list- maybe the boards can add to it- "Reasons why I stopped investing in League" (forgive the caps)

COSMETIC CONTENT VS ACTUAL CONTENT -Even if my champs are popular ones, the "favoritism" and lack of consistent consideration to all lanes and champs is blatant. The game is too old to have as many bugs survive patch after patch. Yet you constantly are pushing art work and "new champ" concepts or "new items". Yeah.... we see the results of this focus and I feel cheated. I feel like every skin I purchased was an investment into you over glorifying chromas (prestige), over pricing skins (1350 minimum now) and making the rift "look" better, not "play" better.

RANK ISN'T "RANK" AS A MODE ANYMORE, AND MATCHMAKING HAS TOO MUCH CONSISTENT DISPARITY FOR IT TO MATTER

PATCHES DON'T ADDRESS KEY PROBLEMS FAST ENOUGH.

HOT FIXES DON'T HAPPEN OFTEN ENOUGH.

CHAMPION BALANCE IS LOWER IN PRIORITY THAN OTHER THINGS (LIKE SKINS OR MONETIZATION OF POPULAR CHARACTERS) Champs that I know still have bugs for sure : *these are the ones I know of- if you'd like to expand pls do

RANK REWORK WAS TESTED OUTSIDE PRESEASON, AND FAILED IN ALL THE WAYS IT WAS PREDICTED TO FAIL. -We said it would be abused

REMOVAL OF TEAM BUILDER, REMOVAL OF TRIBUNAL -not just nostalgia, we legitimately liked this content and other content you took out.

IFS- ONLY CHANGE CERTAIN LANGUAGE FREQUENCY- DID 0 TO PROMOTE PLAYER INTEGRITY, PUNISH TROLLING, OR ANSWER THE NEGATIVE ASSOCIATION OF GAME TO PLAYER BASE -Go watch high elo streamers. They get griefed on and win traded and fight scripters etc. Behavior boards are still filled with all the evidence of the pettiness that was barely corrected. -The honors and reward systems barely fit their descriptions in function. No one gives a flying fuck about honor and it doesn't really reward you. Also, gl getting purple gemstones. You can get boxes for years and never get all 10 for 1 skin.

So yeah. If you disagree, cool, I really didn't make this to debate other players. If you agree, this is for Riot, so add what you feel I missed. For now my wallet is closed to Riot as it is to Bethesda.
