Updating summoner spells

Would it be better if you could cast cleanse on an ally and help it be a third support option next to heal/exhaust?

It works with cleanse because of the unique niche of anti cc compared to a straight in battle bonus like ignite, barrier, heal etc. Although heal already works on allies.
