Why were supports like lulu, karma, and janna shield nerfed while morgana is still allowed to keep hers untouched?

morganas only blocked magic damage, and most of what we deal with right now is AD based. it also has a considerable cooldown for what it does (15 second base at max rank), and doesn't apply bonus stats like the others (not inclusive of ardent ofc) meanwhile

Janna shield can be reapplied as soon as it comes of CD, grants bf sword worth of AD

Karma is the strongest shield of the 3, and makes for a great kiting tool

Lulu on hit magic damage for 6 seconds, reapply as soon as its off cd

Orianna grants literal base MR and armor on top of the shield

And in return, it gives champions like Yi godmode to jump in and get a penta because no one can cc him. Especially if support is their only source of AP damage.

Give me an Irelia with a Janna shield vs a Yi with a morgana shield, and I'll have Irelia dead before the shield timer ever runs out.

Being completely honest, you'd think the shield that "blocks cc" would have a lower timer duration to have more "skill expression" or whatever buzz word they're using now.
