Why hasn't Clairvoyance been changed or removed yet?

It is completely useless since it takes up a valuable summoner spell slot and is made completely redundant by the Scrying/Farsight Orbs which you can buy/sell as you please.

There are several spells which I have an issue with such as Revive and Flash but Clairvoyance is useless.

This is offtopic and I don't want to derail my post already but I have an issue with flash because of how necessary it has become. You never don't take flash unless you're one of the few champions that benefits more from ghost or are doing something considered 'not meta'. For this reason I feel that it should just be made a permanent addition like recall or changed to make other things more viable or actually introduce a decision to the whole thing.

CV is fine where it is. Going off what you're saying, Heal and Cleanse should technically be removed as both Mikael's and QSS exist as well. CV, while not popular, still has a role it can function as. While it is true that the game is drifting towards the point where it is basically obsolete, it doesn't change the fact that it still is a superior version of Scrying/Farsight orb.

SS's are a choice, so what is the point of removing it? Will the game be better if you remove CV? Probably not. Will the game be worse? Probably not as well, but it does remove one option you actually could make.
