Constantly disconnecting on new patch

I have had an issue with my connectivity to games since this most recent patch. I will lag out and then reconnect atleast 3 times per game, even though my wifi is stable. I am 99% sure it's the patch causing this, as I played a game less than an hour before the patch released and it was fine. Then I came back after the patch and immediately had this problem. Anyone know how to fix this?
