Did the people who originaly made LoL already have another Project?

I mean the original RIOT; who still gave a shit about the community, actually communicated with their players and tried to make the game for the players, you know the ones who made LoL to be something other than a cashcow to milk the wales.

If they made a new game, I would like to try it.
