This actually shouldn't be looked at as a bad thing; this means they recognize their shortcomings and have the potential to improve. It's much better than an %80 percent looking at how dissatisfied most users seem to be, and it shows that they aren't blind.

Show me a big company that has good reviews and they either threatened the reviews or its a culture like at google where going against the narrative simply doesnt happen due to brainwashing.

Everyone hates who they work for. As its their fault half their life is drained away.
