Im seeing Vayne in Every ARAM game now too
I thought it was supposed to be random. I didn't know we were allowed to choose to be the most OP adc in the current game state.

'11111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111' is a perfectly valid string of random numbers, and is precisely as likely a string as any other of the same length and from the same pool of options
redniwediS1 votesRandom is a word based heavily in statistics. You could play 200 games and face the same exact team 200 times. It's statistically possible, and so it's possible within the word random.
