A Note For Solo-Que Players!

If you think a champion is strongly overpowered (such as yasuo, camille, etc.), do not pick them please. If you're trying to climb the ladder do not attempt picking champions because they're overpowered. Pick champions you are good at.

Now if you're good at a champion AND they happen to be overpowered... oh boy.

I mained Kindred for months and fell into a complete free-fall in the ladder, and was told by everyone and their mother to stop playing her because she's trash RN. Frankly I can't blame them when I can't remember the last time I got more kills than deaths.

She's also the only champion I've ever gotten an S rank with.

So what am I supposed to do?

Test out other champs

I am. My current test is Vi. So far I have yet to get more kills than deaths with her. Often I don't get any kills until the very end of the game.

My only options are to play a champ I suck at or a champ who just plain sucks.

Honestly thats just more a general inexperience thing rather than a champion balance thing.

Play each champion at least once in normals while they are in free rotation to learn about their abilities so you know better first hand how to counter. After a good amount of time, your champion mastery scores will show you all you need to know about who you should unlock and play more.
