Why do these high kit mobility champions also get such high move speed?

As well as MS steroids and/or powerful CC (both hard and soft)

Just to list a few examples. LeeSin 350ms, 4sec Decaying 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 / 60% slow.

Yasuo 345ms, 4sec CD aoe knock up with Q (at maximum attack speed CDR)

Riven 345ms, .75 sec Stun on W, and ~1sec knock up on Q

Rengar 345ms, 2.5sec decaying 60 / 65 / 70 / 75 / 80% slow, and/or 1.75 sec root

Fiora 345ms, 1.75 decaying 20 / 30 / 40 / 50% ms steroid and 1.5sec 50% slow/stun

point is, why do these champions who are already mechanically the most mobile given more move speed and CC that other less mechanically mobile champions? I could understand if they had equal move speed with the CC or higher move speed without the CC, but giving them both seems to far favor them.

Rengar has below average mobility for 90% of the game. It's just that he has high mobility on engages. If you are ahead of Rengar he can't run from you.

Rengar has a condition to his mobility, but it's pretty easily meet when in lane.

That's like saying Yasuo doesn't have much mobility in the jungle... Sure, there's a condition to be met... but it's not a difficult criterion.

They are melee champions.

With the exception of Rengar, mobility is one of the main strengths of their kit.
