Why is my friend getting more lp than me?

So iv be duoing with a friend recently we are both gold 2 same division and everygame its the same i will get like 15 points for a win he gets 16 we lose i lose 21 he loses 20. it went from being a 20 lp difference but all the bouncing back and forth from 0lp-70 lp he is now leading me by 2?

why is this i really do not understand.

Edit: even when on that na gg op site and calcuted both our MMR and they are exactly the same.

op.gg can't reliably calculate MMR of people who duo queue. You guys probably have a small MMR gap from games you didn't play together.

+15/-21 seems kind of low.
