Skins for Servers!

I'm going to throw out an idea that I had, and see if the community will back me up on it. I propose that Riot designates an upcoming weekend as "Skins for Servers". The idea is that a set percentage of all RP purchased during this weekend would be put directly towards improving ping across NA. They can call it whatever they want, but I think they would be surprised by the support such an event would generate. This is the single largest issue the LoL community has with the game, and I think its time to finally put an end to it!
