Do you like were Riot is taking every thing so far?
Just a simple Question. Do you like were Riot is going with the game? I just want to know what most players feel about Riots view of champs, style, and design basically. Just every thing.

I'm not particularly happy with the major champ reworks and how riot is deleting champs via this process.
Gotta hand a few things to riot. While they did go ahead and take a lot of the fun instabangs and either rework them (Zilean/Veigar) or flat out do their best to hinder all of them (DFG removal), they have had some good ideas. As someone who mains support I love to play for the very early game (2-8) and the late game (17+). Most games I'd get to enjoy the early, but often the match ended too fast due to snowballing. If I was destroyed with my carry early it was the same case, but with a loss. Now it seems so easy to make it to late game whether I'm behind or ahead, and the champs I play make the late game great for me (
support, most tanks with good CC
,
sup, or even
support). My favorite part of the game is now happening in almost every match, and it seems like snowballing AP carries are having a lot tougher of a time forcing an early end, then falling off later (I've won a match where my team was 12 to their 53 because we just stopped the sieging with CC tanks (Leona and J4 in that match). I understand why a lot of carry mains (
,
,
,
, etc) don't like this, but is it really all that bad to have to learn how to get around a good anti-siege team or how to fight on equal terms with full-build enemies? Are close games fun to anyone else or is it just me?
Riot occasionally drops a decent rework (
,
), but the balance team is currently having issues differentiating between "compensating" and "neutering."
I wonder if Veigar will ever come close to a 50% winrate again.
I wonder if Riot will ever remember
.
I wonder if the fact that mobile champions tend not to sacrifice much for their mobility will ever be addressed.
I wonder if Riot will ever come up with a Fighter Rework. I hope they don't slaughter every melee champion if they do finally release said rework.
I'm still waiting on Dragonmaster Swain.
I'm grateful that Riot finally did something to truly crack down on AFKs and toxic players (automated bans for both), but it took far too long. The same applies to their NA server work; it will be long overdue when it gets here.

I don't think veigar will be as great as he was. I only say that because he is squishy to begin with.

He'll probably need a full rework to ever be good again, unless Riot makes some drastic changes (adding more CC or, God forbid, mobility). His W doesn't work with a huge cage; it only worked with his stun. He could withstand the ult nerf because of the enhanced Q farming, but I really wish he had gotten any real compensation for the loss of DFG... Personally, I think they could try lowering his mana costs across the board and changing his passive to doing extra damage when multiple damaging spells are used on the same target within a certain time frame. It would mimic DFG. That, and W (or E) would need some help to make up for the fact that Veigar can't get guaranteed stuns (therefore, he can't land his W without help or a foolish opponent).

I wouldn't mind the mana cost dropping. That would make him bearable.
I remember when you could use
weapon on any champ. Lol. Or when
turrets hurt so much more.
