Animation cancle rework/tweek idea

Tldr: I think it would be cool if auto attack animation cancling was a lot more dependant on when the projectile of a ranged champ leaves the character IE as soon as ashe fires an arrow she can cancle her animation and fire another.

This may be already implemented but I don't think it's very consistent, but that's just what I think. I think it would be cool to contrast the strengths of melee and ranged a bit more than just distance, because of how strong and prevolent mobility has gotten. It might also bring a new intimacy to maiming one champ. This mainly comes from a feeling I have that a lot of auto attack animation thresholds are diverse and inconsistent with champion classes/weapons. So if I'm dead wrong tell me nicely and say something constructive please!

there should be no animation cancel, animation serve as another layer of balancing, its wierd concept making bug a feature and only for chosen ones
