Icon Descriptions & Potential Lore behind them

I think one simple and really cool idea for Riot to implement along with the new client, is icon descriptions. Just a brief description behind where the icon came from, when it was first made, and lore behind it, maybe champ quotes that relate if there are any. I would very much like to see this.
