So, kindreds passive allows them to do current health damage, meaning the lower the enemy is, the less damage kindred will do to them, kindreds ult cwill bring everyone in it down pretty low, then heal, meaning she'll 1: heal her enemy 2. do less damage meaning the enemy could do the same amount of damage after their ult, while kindred does less.

No. Because they will be low, the BONUS damage from her passive will be lowered. The damage she would otherwise deal remains the same.
