Riot has removed all ways to contact Riot

I wonder where I should submit comment to Riot either remove Support role or Summoner's code, as Riot has admit on Support Singed case of Adelaine skyhart that Summoner's code does not apply to supports. Support singed accusations were wrong, but ban was justified. They did also state that summoner's code does not allow banning for off-meta, but then admit they do not give a shit of summoner's code and ban reported supports.
