Champions and their IP costs

4800-6300 IP Champions cost way too much IP. And when you want to get one of those two IP priced champions and you are disappointed with the champion with no more refund tokens it sucks so much. There are countless 4800-6300 IP champions I want, but Riot being as greedy as they are unlike other MOBAs have all champions costing a great price. Come on Riot, if anything, have all champions a set price that's manageable and small, you guys aren't even fair with your unboxing, in addition to your infrequent key drop system.

They dont let you refund everything because of the flavor of the month mentality. People would just return all the runes/champs from the previous patch and buy the new ones over and over lol.

I do agree though, the initial cost of the great for a lot of newer people and scares them away.

Yeah but it's a bit greedy of them to not let you refund more than 3 champions. This isn't the first time they're greedy; when it comes to unboxes and you get something you'll never use welcome to my life.

Yeah most MOBAs (Dota, Dota 2, etc.) have all heroes/champions free permanently so everyone can have an equal opportunity to master whichever champion they want, without a dumb free hero rotation.
