Singed

Thanks Riot for giving Singed some attention but I really think he needs a full on rework.

His early game is worse if not the same as Kayle’s and just falls off super early at the start.

In the meantime, does anyone have any tips for how to maximize Singed and be decent at him? Any matchup I go I get outplayed...
