Rebonack2 votesIt pairs really poorly with the Precision tree's stat bonus on anyone who isn't a Marksmen. Most Fighters and Mages don't really care too much for bonus attack speed.
If anything, I would say get rid of Arcane Comet completely and replace it with the old Press the Attack. That would be an excellent option for both durable Fighters and sustained damage Mages.

YuGiHo1 votescurrent press the attack is much stronger, just 3 attacks to increase damage to that target by 12% from all sources, thats better than a vlad ult. RiP any kind of tank or front line champion.
