For Immoble Mages: Item idea

So, I'm not a genius by any means, hell, can't even spell genius on my first try.

But,

So I was thinking about how mobility is so strong and more efficient than immobile champs most of the time, and what actually is the definition of 'mobility'. I came up with the idea that mobility is distance traveled in accordance to number of spells cast, at least when it comes to mages.

Because vel'koz presses a lot of buttons, as does vlad, but they dont move much outside of right-clicks. On the other hand, riven has movement built into two abilities, as does yasuo. So that's where my idea came from.

So my idea is if there is a way to create an item that benefits champs that move very little between casting abilities. I am not smart and I would have no idea how to code that, or anything similar, but if anyone reading this has an idea of how to make this concept work, i would like to hear it. Mostly i am jsut curious if there is a way to make this work.

And i just realized that there are ways to exploit my idea as well, but hey, I was just thinking

I would argue that mobility should be judged based on distance traveled vs time.

Heres a cool item idea: Lightning dagger. 2500 gold. activating the item will throw a dagger at an enemy or target area. Activating again within a few seconds will blink you to the area. Lightning dagger would have 15% cooldown reduction and have two items building off of it: Arcane flash dagger, which has 80AP and 20% CDR, and "Thunder clap dagger", which has 45AD, 300HP, and 10% movement speed.

Except that this item would be bought by high-mobility champions to further increase what mobility they already have. What we need is an item that converts bonus MS into AP, CDR and other valuable low mobility stats. This way, the item forces you to remain slow but gives you power in exchange of how much bonus MS you tribute to it. High mobility champions wouldn't buy it because it would make their dashes and blinks much more crucial to land perfectly since they'd be much slower in between.

And to fix this problem you say... "you can only buy lightning dagger if you do not have flash"

Except that no immobile champ will ever trade out the crucial flash for a non-instant telegraphed blink, while again, high mobility champs would get away with it much more easily.

You assume not. I can easily imagine the kind of plays possible, the baits, and the sheer worth of letting you have an open summoner slot. If flash were just a standard boot effect that would fix so many problems. Flash has been mandatory since it was introduced... just like ADCs.

How to fix flash

Flash CD reduced by 60 seconds

Continually Moving while flash is on CD will prevent the CD from refreshing ( you can move for 0-2 seconds before the CD starts stopping and if you preform a dash of any kind while it is on CD it gains additional CD by 1-5 seconds depending on the distance of the dash (example riven dashing once would give 1 second additional CD but Tristan's jump would give 5, it's based on the distance of the dash for how much it adds)

Bamb flash is better on iMovie champions because they will get a noticeably lower CD
