Everyone else? Who cares. Kalista is the new champion you know! So spend ALL YOUR $ on her before she gets gutted! SEVERAL TIMES! She can use items that would be trolling on most other champions in her role! Anyone got thoughts about this? I don't expect everyone to agree with me but I do expect that the argument will be that Kalista wont have burst or something, even though Frozen Mallet would fit as a replacement item to GA on Kalista.

Frozen Mallet has never really been an ADC item - anyone that thinks it is likely doesn't understand the game and is low Elo or something. It simply doesn't suit the ADC whose main role is to deal out damage and stay alive. In terms of staying alive, there are far better items than FM, meaning it simply doesn't work.
Frozen Mallet has always been an item for AD tanks. Now, at the moment they're kinda in short supply, but there's actually a few champions that FM can work effectively on:
Gnar (high Elo Gnars build it situationally), Teemo (AD bruiser/tank build), Shyvana (gives her some much needed sticking power), Shen (more sticking power and synergizes with his kit), Gangplank (tankplank build, pretty troll/suboptimal but yeah it works).
You'd be surprised how effective it is on ADC, but more so on bruisers in general.
