Longest Stun is Ashe, although it is worth noting that Ornn Brittle increases CC duration by 30% (stacking up to two times)

I think it's between Morgana and Nasus. Morg's CC lasts forever it feels like, while Nasus will have you slowed forever literally. Maybe a second or two before the next slow lol

Longest hard CC is a max-range Ashe arrow at 3.5 seconds.

Nasus W technically lasts for 5 seconds total, but the slow ramps up over the duration in 1 second increments. It's still the longest soft CC though.
