I'll start by saying I love to play assassins, and I'm really glad to see they are getting a little more breathing room in pre-season with the new mastery system and all.
One assassin I've never played, ever, is Nocturne.
I'm just curious as to what he is thought of currently. He clearly is not a popular pick in silver/ gold as i barely ever see him. But when he is picked..man..
I see him as a high utility assassin rather than a high burst one. His fear, spell shield, ms increasing ability and his ulti: a global blind. All of these kinda really make him sticky in a team fight. And that is what i really wanted to talk about:
In the recent changes to Quinn's blind, i can't stop hoping Riot is actually testing a new blind mechanic to implement on other champs.
Nocturne being a sticky assassin with decent CC, I'm really hoping he could have his ult modified to the same type of blind mechanic as quinn.
I just feel like his ability to blind entire teams is obnoxious and perhaps a small nerf to that specific thing alongside small buffs for extra survivability would make him a more balanced and viable pick?
