Will this make Soraka more overbearing than she already is? Looking at the new item changes, Soraka can have a bonus of 30% healing. Soraka is an already powerful champion who likes already. Soraka's kit also prefers resistances over haw health for tankiness due to the nature of her W and the CDR and bonuses to healing power will make her more of a powerhouse than she already is.

What u mean more overbearing? She is nerfed to the ground. She went from almost useless to trollpick status.

Edit: Okay I feel better -- neither does the highest win% builds, or most frequent build for raka. I'm safe.
