I got 9 lp?

It's not a error. Until you win enough for it to think your mmr needs to be higher it will give obscenely low amounts of lp per win and larger amounts per loss. Sometimes at the top of divisions people need lots of wins for the mmr to catch up and actually put them into promos.

this happend to me..but in bronze and had huge mmr(was playing vs golds) and i was getting 0 lp:|..idk why

But, it's not the case anymore, this guy has bad mmr and plays vs lower divisions
