Fizz is unfun to play against

If un-fun was a champion, it would be fizz, you have somewhat low cooldowns, a passive that makes you deal more damage every AA, AND deal % missing health damage, a invulnerability, which at rank 5 and with max cdr, you can have it up almost all the time, a ridiculous base damage and 1:1 ap scaling ult, and the most annoying fucking smile I have ever seen.

Fizz W really needs to be changed, the fact that at rank 5 you get to deal 60 more damage +45% of your AP on every AA, then dealing 6% of the targets missing health in damage without you having to press a button is absurd. The Base damage on his E and R should be toned down and given a higher AP scaling so that way building tank while still dealing loads of damage isn't much of an option.
