I'm not sure if this is a problem linked to Syndra making it able for a enemy to kill their own teammate, or Rammus. I launched Syndra's E into the entire enemy team along with 3 Dark Spheres. This resulted in Rammus killing Jax. http://imgur.com/FkHCQig

From my understanding, Rammus got hit by the E. Collided into Jax. Because Rammus was in the effects of Scatter the Weak, he caused damage to Jax.
I find it strange that Scatter the Weak has this issue but no reports of Lee Sin's ultimate having this issue have surface for however many years he's been out.
killing one's own teammate is amazingly efficient cuz you get the killing gold and u earn the bounty!

Syndra E is still so buggy.
I once tried to last hit blue buff with it, and it just disappeared. Neither my jungler nor I got the buff. The enemy jungler wasn't around. It was just gone.
Reminds me of when the 6.9 skins were on the PBE. During the first week or so, picking one of the skins in bots would make it so that every time the wearer got a kill, it would show the last killed champion's icon on the banner and it would not show up on the side of the screen. Oh and any assists were also not shown.
