I guess that scripts are also part of her kit... Rito is rarely banning cheaters and they just get new account, if they get banned, then rebuy the script. Someone is making really good money selling accounts leveled by bots and scripts.

The only reason her win rate has not sky rocketed yet is due to her having the same thing that fizz and blitz players have, which is a brain that doesn't really work. However, since it still is kat, they still prove to be effective.
