Recommended Items need a big Update

Every time I want to play a champion I don't usually play, I merely have the basic idea of what kind of items I want to buy for them. If I don't try and make an item set for them, I'm gonna be spending an extra minute or so through out a mere 20 minute game trying to find the right item for them. Could recommended items be updated to what the majority of players to that champion buy? I don't think anyone buys on anymore.
