Actual question: how do you play against irelia?
It seems like she just hit level 2 and gets super bursty and tanky, how do you avoid dying to her as an immobile champ?

when she sends out her first e, MOVE THE HECK AWAY
Sidestep her stun and dont be close to your low health minions. Rush boots to help you dodging easier and built ninja tabi or sorc boots( if you are an mage that need pen) and start your normal build (if you are mage go for seekers armguard too).

Go olaf and destroy her.But seriously, at lvl 2, since when was she tanky? I get bursty but not tanky in the slightest. Since you said immobile, I'm assuming you are going a mage and she's mid. Try to sidestep her e, but if you can't then use whatever cc you have in her first q and then use your second ability(assuming both of you are lvl 2).
You can play Garen. He hard counters her. He's naturally tankier than her, his damage reduction lasts longer, and his regen outweighs her heal from Q.
Simply time your W to reduce the stun if the Irelia lands it. Using your E often forces her to use her own damage reduction ability because she isn't as tanky as you. Your Q, when timed correctly, can chunk her pretty heavily, especially if you use it in tandem with an AA-procced Keystone like Grasp of the Undying. Your ult does magic damage, and she can't reduce magic damage with her W, so she'll always take the full brunt of it, even more so if she's the Villain.
A general thing do to when facing her is when she ults, she expects her targets to run away. Instead of running, stand and fight. It throws them off balance, because as long as you play it right, you can win and they know it.

But seriously she might be op but not at lvl 2 , her tankiness isn't huge at lvl 2 , shit starts at 5 or 6 , she just needs 1 Q reset and wins
Karthus has the single strongest early game in the entirety of LoL(debatable, but strongest in mid). If she tries to dive you(or poke you for that matter), the dive/trade is fairly telegraphed and you should be able to just beat her with E and Q spam(R if needed)
