Nocturne Improvement Idea

I've been seeing a lot of threads making nocturne buff suggestions. I thought I'd spitball something.

What if his leash had an interaction with his dusk trail that allowed him to be more consistent in applying his fear? It could reduce the leash duration to something shorter, or perhaps increase the range on it, or maybe apply a slow for its duration.

I'd be interested in seeing other ideas or concerns about mine, but if you make a lot of ideas, usually a couple are worth while, so lets come up with more stuff.
