I would say yes because everyone is complaining about how OP Kalista is, and she is basically a ranged Yasuo that needs a support instead of knockups, give or take a couple different abilities.

He still is overpowered, so why not. Block 80% of all direct damage ultimates ingame. Enjoy infinite dashes. Enjoy AoE knockup and insane armor penetration. Enjoy your free double crit rate, cause which champion wouldn't like to have the strongest passive inagme?
