Can anivia get the similer early game buffs as lissandra? |I dont thinks its crazy to help out one of the worst early game champions in a early dominance meta

Lowest base hp at 480 (540 with dorans) tied with yuumi and sona. To put that in perspective, most other non support champ can go corrupting potion and still have more or similar hp then her. Pros dont play her, never picked in lcs, hell even froggen said he doesnt like playing her anymore and the one lcs game he did pick her, he had to play passive in lane against a ryze ( a champion aniv is suppose to counter) until he picked up a kill with ignite and still had to play very passively because aniv needs 2 full items to compete against champs with one item.

Just some examples: Qiyana 590 basehp Zoe 560 base hp Fizz 570 base hp

Tied for lowest base ms 325 in a mobile dominate meta, highest mana cost and a dash as small as attrox's ruins her entire kit. Now she has her egg and 2-3 seasons ago that meant something however, with the amount of damage in this game today as every day theres 2-3 new high upvoted post about big dick damage in this game and the egg giving aniv -40 armor and mr early on +low base hp; its very safe to say that any non support champion level 3 onward can easily pop her egg.

All im asking is a little more base hp, more base move speed and maybe one second off of her egg or change the early-40 armor mr to -20.
I also had an idea of her E giving her 50% mana refund if it kills its target.

Minor mini rant, playing against mobility as anivia is basically you have no control over when and how to fight your opponent, you basically can only fight when them when they go in on you which really does not feel good. Playing against fizz? nah son you gota wait until he E's into you since he'll dodge everything, Yasuo? fuck no windwall and dashes for days, ahri? who do you think you are?!?! 3 dashes and ms speed on q means your slow ass 850 speed Q will miss every time if not point blank

As an old Anivia main, I can tell, she needs more than a mana refund and base hp grow. Her kit is completely broken.

Her [Q] does not apply chill by touch but only by explosion. Also, its explosion radius got messed up too, smaller than it was.

Her [W] is one of the most useless skills in the game, since it is only a wall, without any other function. At least it gave vision in the past. And just to make it worse, 90% of the champions have a dash. So this wall is not a big deal by itself.

Her [E] requires chill to deal real damage. The damage which is done by other mages without a pre-requirement, like chill. For some reason, Brand deals the same if no more damage than Anivia without the need of applying Blaze. Also, it deals extra damage after reaching 3 stacks of it. How is it fair?

Her [R] became a joke. It hardly can be used against champions thanks to its wind up time and that fact that it does not apply chill till it reaches its max size. This is hilarious.

Can we just not buff braindead champ like Anivia, second most braindead champ after Malza?
