Give Soraka a little more damage

So I have been playing Soraka support off and on for a little while now. I like her, but dont love her. Her damaging spells are two of the most easily avoidable spells in the game. Her E takes so long to proc the stun, that enemy champs can walk out of it with no fear. Her Q is almost as avoidable, however many people dont. Many champs will just eat the small damage, rather than move out of it.

I think the fact no one plays Soraka mid anymore shows her damage is just sub par.

Im not asking for a massive damage buff, but a little one. Heck, how about a stacking debuff? Or a 2 hit stun?
