Thats it. Ranked is unplayable due to AFK and DC players

I give up. Ranked is unplayable. With the constant DCs and AFKs it is impossible to advance in ranked. Every other game has a AFK/DC player. For weeks its been an immense struggle to advance. For every win, there is a loss due to someone not being there. This last game was the straw that broke the camels back for me.
