Can we move the ARAM reroll button on the new client?

Currently on the new client, it's right in the middle of everything, which leaves you liable to accidentally reroll when trying to change skins, masteries, rune pages or summoner spells. Especially since all those open tabs that partially cover the reroll button, so if you double click while choosing a runepage you waste a reroll. It would be much better suited in a more out of the way location, like the top of the screen.
