I miss banner of command.

It was a unique fun item that made Singed a balanced champ to play. By balanced, I mean a split push god. Zzrot portal just doesn't fill the void. Knowing how Riot says it won't be released in the foreseeable future, it's going to be feral flare all over again. They're going to remove it and then add the effect to a different item years later into another item like how feral flare double strike effect of double strike was put into rageblade. Until then, us Singed players will be stuck with a gimped zzrot, barely providing any pressure while broken champs like Quinn run rampant.

Side note, Darius works surprisingly well with zzrot.
