Punkkee1 votesvayne has the maneuverability to dodge all the harrass her passive gives the ability to catch up the the enemy, which not many others have. If you max her q first it is a 2 second cd, with triforce it's 400 dmg per q (saying your only item is triforce) most mid will shoot abilities after she Q+autos but with the triforce MS after autos she has enough MS to easily strafe the skillshots
