Its not necessarily that shes broken. Its just the shifting meta. If she recieves a nerf then another adc will rise to her winrate and playrate, just the way league is.

Simple nerf to Runaan's: Bring it back to a pure-AS item. Make it +50% AS and bump the passive damage up to 50% to account for the lost crit.

Personnaly as a jinx main I prefer facing a caitlyn than a twitch or a vayne, or even a miss fortune.

I liked Runaan's when it had no critical chance and just 70% attack speed. That was a fun, interactive, yet conditional item. It had counters- multiple counters - and as such, you only bought it during certain circumstances. You wouldn't buy it, say, if the enemy team had a Jax Jungle since he can just dodge the attacks and kill you, or a Nasus Top, since he can reduce your attack speed again, or a Tank with Frozen Heart or Randuin's Omen, since they also reduce attack speed, or a Tryndamere or a Taric, since they'll just turn invulnerable and either kill you or wait for their teammates to do it for them, or blind your opponents, which will prevent them from landing basic attacks (which hurts attack speed builds much more noticeably than critical hit builds because they have a higher damage output in that timeframe than the critical hit builds), or using slows, or a root, or stuns to escape range (which again hurts attack speeds builds more since their damage is not instantaneous but rather spread over a period of time, so you won't immediately die if you take the time to apply a slow or a stun), or you can use dashes to escape range, or your teammates can buy Path of Iron, or you can ward everywhere (which again hurts attack speed builds more since the damage they deal is not applied in a mere 2 shots, but rather over the course of many, so ambushes are less effective).

Compared to the ways Critical Chance works, there is nearly double the counterplay.
