Wanna nerf ekko properly? Here's how:

Its mostly in his q. Reduce his q slow and fix its hitbox. In practically all the times I've been against ekko, if one PIXEL of that q touches you, it does the damage. In many cases, it shouldn't be doing damage considering you're pretty much outside of it. But nope, if one pixel of it touches you it procs and slows you.

Fix his q hitbox and slightly nerf the slow and ekko will be more balanced.

Also take that INSANE damage off of his ult. I get that anyone near his ult should take damage, but when it takes out 3/4 of your health, thats taking it a bit too far. Half the ap ratio and base damage on his ult and he'll be balanced.

These nerfs may be a bit much, but its better than what he currently is >.>
