Doesn't need a rework, just real mana costs. Like, have E cost 40 mana at rank 1 and 60-80 mana at rank 5.

If he needs to buy Essence Reaver, he won't buy BotRK first.

If his passive second-hit didn't apply onhit, he'd be a bit more balanced.

He's never just ok.

He's either bad, or he's a monster and I have to ban him every game.

There's no in-between.

I wish Riot just change how the cooldown on his dash works and change his basically useless cross skillshot thing it's just like how Annie uses her shield to charge up stacks, it doesn't really do much damage and you don;'t really notice it unless Lucian uses it to finish you off at low health.

He was garbage tier 3 weeks ago. They need to fix BoRK, not Lucian.

New Bork made him op, he was trash tier two weeks ago. Nerf bork or the Bork Black Cleaver synergy, it's not Lucian who is the broken thing here. If he is to get nerfs, I can see on hit from his double shot being reduced a bit

Nah, just buff them with passive MR per level.

Playing Jinx, I usually have an alright time fighting Lucians as long as he doesn't have a Lulu or Soraka support.

Playing any other ADC? He's the most annoying champ to play against, good player or no.
