I would prefer to see reworks over new champs.
It is annoying to me when riot releases new champs, when they still havent reworked 
or 
they have been on the wait list since I took a break right around season 5.
I am just gonna make a list of forgotten champs that are in need of updates.

These are just the larger scale ones, plus, some of these might not need reworks, I just made a list, but my point is, that I want to see some more reworks, and less champions.
