Mystic Shot appears unchanged.
You can tell because you can see his Muramana procs on both his aa's and his Q's.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't half the reason Ezreal needed a rework in the first place because his Q breaks an on hit item once every season.

It’s not necessarily wrong but I wouldn’t say only updating one ability is lazy. Riot stated they were only changing that one ability because ezreal players had told them it felt out of place in his kit. His q and e already fit well for being a spell slinging sharp shooter which is his theme (q is skill shot and e gives him mobility to make landing that shot easier or more fun). Plus ez players lost the global in his ult.
Sure they could have done more but this is a good start and could lead to a more comprehensive update in the future. I imagine they didn’t feel the need for a complete update because ezreal already sees a lot of use and full Kit changes are usually reserved for outdated champs that rarely see use.
If you want you could make a post suggesting changes to his other abilities?

? No the ult should still be global. Sorry I was trying to say that they didn't change the ult because it fit him so well and the players loved it.
ModKnightsKemplar3 votesI didn't read it as calling them out for being lazy. I read it as disappointment that Q hadn't been changed. I merely pointed out that this shouldn't be a surprise, given that they announced they wouldn't be changing his Q.
But to address your point, I don't see how not changing an ability is lazy. It opens the team to do work on other champs. It may still be a bad decision, but I don't see how you could possibly know if it's lazy or not, given that you aren't holding Riot timesheets to see how much they are working. Using "lazy" as a catch-all insult, when you know nothing about their work ethic, looks pretty silly. I don't see a reason to do that, no.

If you don't express that you're going do something, and then don't do that thing, that's not laziness at all. What world do you live in where not doing things you haven't said you'll do is considered laziness?

Lazy because they didn't give you what you wanted? They explicitly stated that only his W was changing and nothing else ability wise. It's not riot's fault that you had expectations of something that you wanted to happen

While it's almost key to his identity at this point, I hope they did something to make it very slightly less... problematic when it comes to new items. Like, even just reducing the damage his Q does would be ok since now his W is an actual part of his damage for his kit, whereas before it was... not really even an ability you'd want to cast except for like 100 extra damage late game.

Changing ezreals w, is much different than "completely deleting champions people love". Honestly I dont know why I wrote this I could have finished my spanish homework.
