Nerf Jinx

Her zap and machine gun are dealing too much damage. I would say her ult too but too many people would complain so I'll leave it at her machine gun damage and her zap. Between MF and Jinx, MF shouldn't be weaker than Jinx in the auto attack department when she's in her machine gun form. I mean, a machine gun is weak but fires at an alarming rate and has a lot of ammo. MF carries cannons. Cannons do more damage than machine guns. Yes, it sorta kinda is a rant because of a game I played. Yes, I did feed but honestly the majority of my deaths were from situations that shouldn't have even happened, but I'm being factual. Jinx's machine guns should not be dealing more damage while having more attack speed than MF's cannon auto attacks. That aside, her zap is also excessive in the damage department. For how much is slows and how long it slows, it doesn't need to be doing that much damage. For MF, her Q bounce damage can be reduced too.

With that being said, can we do something about Swain support? They made him useless in the lanes he was supposed to be in now he goes support and dominates. Nerf Katarina while we're at it.
